What is the lymphatic system?

The lymphatic system is like your body’s “sewage system.” Lymph fluid helps regulate water levels, transport fats, remove waste, and circulate lymphocytes (white blood cells that support immunity). When lymph nodes become congested, waste removal slows down, immune responses weaken, and cellular repair is limited. This can lead to fluid retention, toxin buildup, and inflammation.

What is the treatment experience like?

Wear clothing similar to what you’d wear for a massage. In our calming space, we begin by warming targeted areas with a 41°C heating pad on a cozy, heated table. After removing the heat, we apply a custom oil blend, then use a gentle lift-and-pull vacuum suction technique on the skin to move lymphatic fluid from your limbs to your nodes. This continues across all treatment areas.

How often should I get treated?

We recommend starting with 6 sessions close together, followed by occasional maintenance. Those with lighter congestion may see faster results. Packages are available to reduce per-session costs.
